Very Asia
Â
Are you an Indonesian?
Do you live in Texas?
Are you struggling to look for Indonesian food?
Well, look no more because recently I found Very Asia. Very Asia is an online store providing a good variety of Asian groceries, appliances, medicine and many more. I shop here basically for some Indomie and Taro for my family.
A Unix Party
For those unix geeks out there you must be really waiting for this day and time. In unix time, exactly today at 3:31:30 pm Pacific Time the 10-digit clock used by most Unix computers will display the number of seconds 1,234,567,890. Parties are being held up now through out the world to celebrate this historical time.

A Message to Obama
Children from an elementary school in Jakarta, Indonesia where Obama used to attend had group together and sang the United States of America’s anthem song. They were really happy by their hero to step into White House this Tuesday. It inspired them to sing the anthem and wrote him a letter stating how happy they are and that they hope the world will be in a better place with him leading the United Staes of America.
Not far from the Basuki School, a magazine photographer is sending the same message to Obama. Ilham Anas, 34, told to a news reporter that if he were to meet him in person, he would tell him to pay more attention to the Middle East. In the eyes of the world especially Muslim countries, GWB had not made a good impressions with his politics and decisions in the past 8 years.
The following is a video containing further information from Obama’s supporters in Indonesia.
Best job in the world
Are you looking for a ‘good’ job in this crisis-time? Well, if you are one of those applicants that can speak and write english (obviously you are since you are reading this blog), loves the sun and outdoors, good swimmer, and an excellent communicator, I think an Australian state is offering you with what they call, the best job in the world.
The job pays 150,000 Australian dollars (105,000 US dollars) and includes free airfares from the winner’s home country to Hamilton Island on the Great Barrier Reef… Source.

Happy New Year 2009
On behalf of Tjia Family, I would like to say Happy New Year 2009.
What Ann Landers says pretty much sums up what I wish for our friends, family and everyone else for this new year:
Let this coming year be better than all the others. Vow to do some of the things you’ve always wanted to do but couldn’t find the time. Call up a forgotten friend. Drop an old grudge, and replace it with some pleasant memories. Vow not to make a promise you don’t think you can keep. Walk tall, and smile more. You’ll look ten years younger. Don’t be afraid to say, ‘I love you’. Say it again. They are the sweetest words in the world.

Shinchan - reminisce time
I found this video on youtube this evening. It really brings back a lot of memories back when I was in Indonesia. Not only did it remind me of the story and the funny characters, but it also reminded me of the companionship of friends and family who were watching it together with me and the good time that we had.
Anywayz, enjoy (videos are in in Bahasa Indonesia)

Medieval Team in a Modern Age
On the faithful night of December 17th, 2008, the whole Concussion Interactive team went to Dallas, TX to celebrate Christmas in Medieval Times, Dallas, TX.
If there is a word to describe that night it would be the funnest (is this even english?). All of us had fun. From the food, entertainment, and a flat tire; nothing would beat that night’s experience.Â
The minute we got there, we took a picture with some medieval time costumes. NOTE: Do not comment anything about my costume. I know what you guys are thinking already.
While we were there to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, we also were there also to do a proper send-off  for Jana Peterson, our beloved, smart, and cheerful co-worker. She is going to depart from our team and will be missed dearly by us. Thank you Jana for what you have done and gone through for the whole team for this year.
